Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Medical Arts Press was a leading provider of printed and other office products and practice-related supplies to small and medium sized office-based healthcare professionals.  Founded in 1950, Medical Arts Press manufactured and sold a broad variety of customized and standard products such as personalized recall cards, stickers, file folders and medical claim forms through a highly targeted catalog mailing program, telemarketing and an emerging e-commerce business.  Freeman Spogli realized its investment in Medical Arts Press through a sale of the company to Staples in 2002.
