Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. Announces Completion of Its Initial Public Offering and Exercise of Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Irvine, CA - November 4, 2014-Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. ("Boot Barn" or the "Company") (NYSE:BOOT) announced today the completion of its previously announced initial public offering at $16.00 per share.  The Company sold a total of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock, which included 750,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter's option to purchase additional shares. Total net proceeds to the Company from the offering, after deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $82.7 million. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 30, 2014, under the symbol "BOOT."
